1. Prepare & submit full Program (activities with links, resources, cost, all key dates, milestones, and subcontract milestones) based on the Baseline program. 2. Prepare & submit updated program, and cash flow curve. 3. Monitor critical activities and advise the manager accordingly. 4. Site visit and Prepare the progress of the works accordingly. 5. Prepare KPIs for the construction of the works and submit it if required 6. Prepare 2 weeks look ahead. 7. Prepare and submit testing & commissioning program. 8. Prepare, update and submit TC KPIs if required. 9. Participate in project meeting and discussions with the client/ consultant if required. 10. Follow up the sequence of the works and all the variation/ modification and its relative impact. 11.
