I am first and foremost a very avid learner and find great value in providing excellent customer service in the environment that I am working in.I have been recognized for enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving, along with many positive experiences with my customers. While I am very dependable and detail-oriented, I am also skilled in RF scanner usage and inventory management, ensuring efficient operations with advanced technology.I have spent the better part of the last 8 years as a loyal, customer-focused, and organized City Letter Carrier between two offices in West Virginia, but recently resigned.I currently work part-time delivering for Walmart through Spark delivery for the Walmarts in the Charleston-Huntington area of West Virginia.I have supervisory experience, with USPS and other minor roles. Customers often find me friendly, which helps when trying to make a connection or to calm them down when overly-exerted.In my free time I enjoy art and music, mostly a lot of drawing while being inspired by the sounds of my playlist to help keep my mind at ease. I also love to read; it’s usually what strikes my interest to learn more about that particular day.I graduated from Marshall University in 2015 with my BBA Management and Marketing on the Dean’s List.I’ve not done too much with these degrees, however, because I have been at the post office the majority of the time that I have been out of college schooling.As of 2026 I am ready to start a new chapter of my life learning in a new, more customer-focused environment.
