ANATEL Certification: - Performed conformity assessments of telecommunications products against applicable ANATEL technical requirements, including functional testing, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), specific absorption rate (SAR), and electrical safety testing; - Reviewed and analyzed documentation for ANATEL certification processes; - Drafted, evaluated, and approved technical requirements to define test scope, procedures, and conditions.

RF Focal Point - Served as technical lead for the RF team, overseeing the preparation and validation of test reports for transceivers (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, Sigfox) and mobile technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT); - Provided technical support to clients and delivered internal/external training on RF compliance, test methodologies, and regulatory requirements; - Acted as the primary technical reference for RF-related inquiries, ensuring alignment with international standards and certification bodies. Shift Supervisor (2nd Shift) - Planned and managed daily operations, KPIs, and workflow for the laboratory's second shift team; - Coordinated staff activities to ensure testing deadlines, quality standards (ISO/IEC 17025), and safety protocols were consistently met; - Mentored team members, supported on-the-job training, and drove continuous improvement initiatives for shift efficiency.
