About
Independent documentary film has long been at the heart of my work — but what inspires me most today is the collective effort it takes to sustain this field. After years of supporting films and filmmakers directly, I’m now focused on strengthening the organizations and networks that make their work possible. At Facet, I collaborated with visionary nonfiction artists; at the Roxie Theater, I help guide a beloved cultural institution through a major capital campaign; and at the Stupski Foundation, I contribute to a model of community-driven, time-bound philanthropy. Together, these experiences have deepened my belief that lasting impact in the arts comes from durable, well-resourced organizations and thoughtful systems design. I’m excited to continue this work through leadership roles that align creativity with organizational strategy, sustainability, and equity.

Recognizing the power of stories to inspire and transform, Working Films builds partnerships between nonfiction media-makers, nonprofit organizations, educators and advocates to advance social justice and environmental sustainability, and support community-based change.
