• Analyzed the impact of Hedge Funds in a portfolio and proposed a new asset allocation increasing the expected return by 5% and reducing the volatility by 3% • Developed a business plan to enter the Uruguayan market, identifying an opportunity that can increase the current revenues from the region significantly.

Key projects include: • Responsible for stores and offices administration owned by the brand in Uruguay • Managed the staff of the retail store in Punta del Este, with over 50 people • Led the change of the software system in the company, including the research of the software, the training of the employees, the change of information to the new system and the implementation of the new software • Responsible for marketing strategy development, including agreements with banks and major corporate clients

Main duties included: • Directed teams comprised of 10 to 20 assistants responsible for analyzing balance sheets in order to prepare the Tax Settlements • Prepared weekly and monthly tax reports from the corporate local market • Created dashboard to analyze changes and patterns in companies taxes • Analyzed financial statements and its tax implications in a major retail company in Uruguay
