- Check ASCP: Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning report to issue/release PO to suppliers. - Import RM (Raw Material) and FG (Finished Good) from oversea. - Issue PO, arrange to take goods and request payment for supplier. - Follow up PO and update shipments’ schedule to planning (for RM) and CSD/Sales (for FG) - Control on hand and request daily delivery for local supplier. - Cooperate with customs clearance section to prepare shipping documents when shipments arrive. - Contact suppliers if any quality issues. - Update information that importing shipment of FG for National technical regulation on the limits of lead content in paints. - Other required reports by line Manager.

- Work with various cross-department & job rotation before taking full-time position for senior management positions in Operations. - Practice leadership skill and perform independently on the assigned role. - Understanding quality control lab testing methods; quality complaints investigations; in-coming QC checks & COA (Certificate Of Analysis) reviews; standard work projects. - Supply Chain: shipments and logistics follow-ups; FG (Finished Good) & RM (Raw Material) inventory reviews. - Production: Understanding receiving sales order process and production planning/ schedule. - Warehouse: Receipts RM, FG, ... processing; Goods collection and arrange transportation/delivery processing; Understanding annual stock check process. - Purchasing & Logistic: Order processing; Shipment schedule & pending order follow-ups; Insurance claims for cargo issue; Supplier review.

- Assist Technical Manager by collecting, reviewing Service Request projects for performance testing. Work with requesters to rectify project request whenever the information is not accurate. Conduct performance testing and complete with the deadline given. Issue test report if needed. Get test report approve by Technical Manager. Communicate with Sales on test results. - Enter and Update project status in the project tracking lists. - Responsible for conducting performance test requests such as hot and cold cycle test, adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance, impact tests etc. Issue test report as needed. - Use lab equipment carefully and maintain them periodically as required. - Follow up and maintains safe operating procedures. - Assist in ISO and other documentation. - Assist in other daily clerical jobs.
