• Manage the BUY to negotiate the best delivery with vendors. Analyze the capacity and capability of vendors to make sure they can deliver the right product and on time. • Take lead in resolving any potential and current issues with cross functional team to minimize the impact and manage on time delivery. • Manage production process which including WIP, PO management. • Time and Action validation. • Liability Management. • Prepare the Past Due Date and Delay Reason Code report. • Work closely with our local and global Quality teams in ensuring that our social compliance and quality standards are adhered to and goals are met, and communicate delivery statuses and issues to appropriate SSC counterparts in a timely and concise manner. • Manage the shipment booking and shipping process with vendors. • Train the vendors on lululemon production and logistics policies, processes and IT systems; roll out new processes and systems to assigned vendors as needed. • Visit factories for production tracking, validate production planning, output & efficiency. • Attend quarterly vendors review meeting.

- Proactively identifies and address production and capacity issues. Ensures that factory corrective action plans are established and followed up with FGV’s as needed on areas where the performance lags. - Collaborates with x-functional teams (RMLO, QA and Merchandising), consults with senior teammate and manager to resolve issues impacting FG quality and delivery. - Drives the partnership enhancement between FGVs and RMVs– To be as reconciler if any discrepancies or arguments that can affect the garment delivery and quality. - Manages the production exceptions subject to the situation and customer need, with consultancy from senior teammate and manager - Reviews & analyzes production reports (PPR/CPR/GTN, etc.) with FG vendors. Validate data accuracy of PO confirmation, PO upcharge, PO extraction, delay reason code, ship date and ship mode. - Communicate issues to relevant depts. Keep internal system and related LOs/HO updated accurately in timely manner. - Provides FG vendor with the update for any relevant production docs and processes (UPC data, reporting templates, procedures, etc.) and ensures that FG vendors follow accordingly. - Visits factories frequently to review production status and work with FG vendors on the issue prevention & resolution. - Works with FG vendor logistics team to ensure vendor compliance (VCP), shipping document accuracy and payment settlement in system. Work with Accounts payable and GTN on payments. - Supports to deploy the process improvement and vendor empowerment. Support CSC initiatives. - Establish and maintain good Partnership with related cross functional departments in the organization and other business partners.

Follow up orders and coordination work among factories, Hong Kong Office and Headquarter ▪ Production and shipments follow up ▪ Report and analyze daily and monthly production data ▪ Follow up RSL for Product compliance

 Sourcing: • Develop local accessories for swimwear • Purchase local items based on Material list and Order chart, follow up materials delivery and work with factory/supplier if any quality issue  Production process: • Manage production samples stages: Translated tech pack/comments from buyer to factory, transfer buyer’s initial pattern and sample package to factory, manage samples schedule to match with production schedule • Material balance sheet: issue Material sheet and Material purchasing orders based on Tech pack; manage material balance sheet before production based on factory’s consumption and material shipment schedule • Work with factory on material schedule, material shortage/quality issue if any  Inspection and shipment: Check with factory for inspection/shipment schedule; accompany buyers on inline/final inspection, translate comments to factory

 Sample development: Work with buyer on tech pack/sample package receipt and proceed development samples as buyer request  Production process: • Manage production samples stages: Translated tech pack/comments from buyer to factory, transfer buyer’s initial pattern and sample package to factory, manage samples schedule to match with production schedule • Material balance sheet: Create MS based on Tech pack; Issue PO to suppliers; Manage material balance sheet before production based on factory’s consumption and material shipment schedule • Work with factory on material schedule, material shortage/quality issue if any  Inspection and shipment: Check with factory for inspection/shipment schedule; accompany buyers on inline/final inspection, translated comments to factory

 Shipment schedule: • Update orders list and monthly shipment schedule • Manage shipment schedule between customers and factories  Shipping docs: • Work with forwarder on shipment booking, bill making details • Make shipping documents based on shipping instruction  Packing: • Make packing instruction of each order based on tech pack • Order local packing materials: silica gel, poly bags, carton boxes

- Provide customer with information about Forwarding Service - Assist sales staffs during meeting with foreign customers

- Search for potential vendors in Hanoi and contact them to persuade them to affiliate with Foodpanda Online Ordering Service - Perform Company's Promotion Campaign at Restaurants and Office Buildings in Hanoi - Solve problems during the Ordering Process
