 Supervises engineering support to production on all aspects of product design, development, costing, application, ETC.  Initiates activities to improve engineering support to customers and other departments through the use and application of technology, education/ training, communication, and engineering New Product Development Responsibilities • Lead cross-functional coordination to initiate and execute new product development projects, from concept to market launch. • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to define product specifications, performance targets, and customer requirements. • Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments to support decision-making during early development stages. • Manage timelines, resources, and supplier engagement to ensure smooth development and on-time delivery. • Support pilot production and scale-up activities, resolving technical issues and optimizing processes for mass manufacturing. • Document development progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle Automation Manufacturing Line Building and Setup 1 : Define Production Goals -        Establish clear objectives to guide line design. -        Outline production targets and cycle times -        Specify product requirements and quality standards -        Apply DFMEA/PFMEA/PCP.. to identify potential failures 2: Collaborate on Layout & Equipment -        Design the physical layout and select machinery. -        Work with suppliers on line layout -        Select appropriate equipment for production need -        Ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure 3: Review & Approve Line Design Engineering Drawings -        Validate mechanical and electrical drawing. -        Evaluate supplier-provided schematics -        Provide feedback for improvements -        Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards

Working in Press Shop/Stamping/ Body Assembly line.  Manage and Monitor the progress of the plant installation project such as Building, Facility, Machines, Line setup work close with contractors to keep on track schedule, report to director board the status and issues, actions.  Review Machines design of line concept, jig, fixture, process , cycle time, …. Electrical design, Mechanical, Hydraulic,Pneumatic diagram with supplier and approve design for machining.  Design and review the line process base on the product requirement to make sure the line can run well in during the phase ( PTO, PP, LS,SOP..) progress of the factory.  Test line through product stages to assess line capacity, Cpk and PPAP.  Manage a team of engineers to set up standard systems, processes PFMEA, PPAP, PCP, .... For the production line system to run  Leading Engineering team to set up BOM list, BOP to upload to system to run the production order  Manage and monitor the production capacity OEE of the stamping machine, welding line , assembly line and cutting machine to find out the opportunities for improvement of 7 Waste.  Control entire budget of entry factory, drive and manage to use effectively meet KPIs, reports to plant director monthly.  Champion of CI for cost saving, productivity, layout, optimization of entire factory.  Leader of launching the new project for new model cars.  Manage the quality management system of the factory and be a ISO lead auditor, leading the production team, quality, logistic team to follow ISO requirements..  PIC of leading team to control quality in the line, PDCA, Analyze Root cause and action plan , SIL data collection  Manager of process team to setup process, work instruction, PCP, PMAEA... Check sheet to control process in line  Build a team to repair machine and support trouble shooting,  Management of production capacity, arising problems related to OEE machines, equipment,

New Product Introduction & Line Development ·       Lead design and layout of production lines for new product introductions, including machine setup, commissioning, and buy-off activities to ensure on-time and on-quality launch readiness. ·       Establish standardized line build protocols and qualification criteria, ensuring full capability validation prior to mass production ramp. ·       Partner with global NPI teams and ODM partners to align process design with product specifications and capacity targets. Process & Machine Design ·       Drive cost reduction through in-house machine design and automation solutions, reducing reliance on external vendors and shortening lead times. ·       Architect and implement process improvements, including Poka-Yoke systems, to eliminate defect root causes and prevent recurrence. ·       Upgrade legacy equipment with enhanced functions and controls to restore capacity, improve overall equipment effectiveness, and extend asset life. Technical Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis ·       Provide advanced technical solutions to resolve complex, recurring line process issues; lead cross-functional root cause analysis and execute permanent corrective actions. ·       Collaborate with quality, product engineering, and supplier teams to identify factors impacting product quality and implement robust process controls. Safety & Risk Assessment ·       Conduct comprehensive safety risk assessments on all new and modified equipment; ensure compliance with global EHS standards and drive safety-focused design culture. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence ·       Champion continuous improvement culture through data-driven yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and waste elimination initiatives. ·       Lead trade-off decisions balancing quality, cost, and efficiency; drive alignment between manufacturing objectives and business goals.
