Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of the National Transformation projects (NTP). Throughout the project lifecycle, I obtain feedbacks to ensure that projects are always meeting The Saudi Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) and their Strategic Management Office (SMO) expectations for Deliverables, time, cost, and performance.

Evaluate and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the Bank's objectives and goals to be met. Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified and provide recommendations for improving the Bank’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance. Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures. Evaluate regulatory compliance. Evaluate the Bank's readiness in case of business interruption. Maintain open communication with management and with other internal and external resources as appropriate. Provide support to the Bank's anti-fraud program

Supervise, on a daily basis, the smooth running of the Internal Audit statistics & information system. Analyze and report on all aspects of business exchanged with the department’s correspondents and level of reciprocity (Statistical Reports). Maintain up-to-date information on Internal Audit data. Provide different audit data to Bank’s executives. Provide Riyad Bank, London/Houston/Singapore with up-to-date audit statistical reports. Active involvement in miscellaneous projects assigned by management. Preparation of Internal Audit operational plan, and monthly control reports. Prepare the Section’s monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual reports. Prepare the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) report Integrated audit work by Analyzing data using CAAT

Highly involved in all the IT project management for the electronic banking channels Siebel experienced - Customer relationship management (CRM) application Business analyzing for all changes and the upgrades required on the systems Tracking changes developments and implementation.
