Getting degrees (BSc, MSc and PhD) in Food Science and Technology, I obtained good information, research and working experience in a wide range of food technologies. I have been involved in teaching and research for more than 15 years. My main research areas are: -Cereal Science and Technology -Production of Functional foods -Nutrition and Diet -Food Chemistry -Food Quality Control and Safety -Sensory evaluation of foods -Food Processing Design -Novel Food Processing -Physicochemical properties of starches from various sources. -Starch modifications methods and their applications in food products. -Understanding the effects of different food processing on food components. -Production of foods for special diseases such as celiac, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. -Food processing design.
