1. From 15.6.2007 to 4.10.2022 Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development (TCSRD) Mithapur 15 years CSR Journey starting from Fieldworker to Project Co-ordinator has been very good experience as a social worker in all work areas of rural development. 2. And the journey as Chief Educational Officer (CEO) of Okhamandal Farmer Producer Company Limited (OFPCL) in Devbhoomi Dwarka from 15/6/2019 to 5.10.2022 was also very good and challenging but in a short period of time OFPCL was at the peak of progress. I had the opportunity to take over and that FPO also received the first award for Outstanding and Developing FPO by Hon'ble Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani, and Best performing FPO in the period of covid19 out of total 7 FPOs in India and only 1 FPO in Gujarat. Okhamandal Farmer Producer Company Limited (OFPCL) was also selected for interaction with Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi and also featured prominently in news papers like CII, Nebkisan in coffee table book etc. 3. From 7.10.2022, to 27.4.2023, Shroff UPL Foundation (SUF) Vapi 7 Month CSR Working as a Project Coordinator for six FPOs at Narmada District, SUF Suported or funded by AKRSP and Jeevan Tirth NGO for the FPO sustainability project, so that my role As a funding agency coordinator, FPO's business growth strategies, market linkages, and monitoring work, as well as SUF agricultural and watershed projects with tribal communities in the interior hilly areas, were very good and challenging, but the pace of FPO's progress and the foundation's development work peaked in a short period of time. 4. As mentioned above my journey of 16 years has been very good and from now on 28/4/2023 I have joined Gramya Vikas Trust (GVT) An Intitative of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (GMDC) A government of Gujarat Enterprise my Project location at Kutch District as Project Co-ordinator Zonal of All CSR Projects and the organization which has given me the opportunity for the development of the people here. I will give my full contribution and achieve success
