Mahmut Ozturk

Started his career at Norm Fasteners, gaining industrial experience in various functions of the company. In 2006, he became General Manager at Norm Fasteners. During his tenure, the company transformed into a global fastener supplier for different sectors (automotive, white goods, Tier-1, aftermarket, etc.) by adopting the newest production technologies and undergoing digital transformation. Since the corporate restructuring period in 2017, he has been serving as the Head of Industry Group at Norm Holding. With a sustainability vision, he is leading the digital, cultural, and corporate transformation of Norm Fasteners, Norm Tooling, Norm Stamping, Norm Machining, and Norm Forging. He is also a member of the Executive Board and holds board memberships in some holding subsidiaries. Today, Norm Holding operates in 9 different countries with around 4,500 employees, 24 companies, 20 production facilities, and 15 sales and logistics centers in the fields of fasteners, marketing and trade, technology, additive manufacturing, tooling and sheet metal forming, machining, chemistry, machinery and automation, hot forging, agriculture, and food industries.
