• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical Hyperscale data center infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU/RPPs, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, Fire Systems and BMS systems. • Ensure 24/7 uptime by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. • Monitor alarms, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead incident resolution to minimize downtime. • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and commissioning of power and cooling equipment. • Support capacity planning, load balancing, and energy efficiency initiatives. • Manage and supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, safety, and site standards. • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and maintenance logs. • Enforce safety policies, LOTO procedures, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. • Participate in change management activities, including maintenance windows and risk assessments. • Support audits, certifications, and compliance (TCOS, Operational sustainability Uptime) • Collaborate with IT, network, and operations teams to support deployments and expansions • Perform site rounds, environmental monitoring, and housekeeping to ensure operational excellence

• Operate and maintain Enterprise Tier-IV data center power and cooling infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH) • Ensure high availability through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and incident response • Monitor BMS and enhance DCIM. • Issue work order and change management for maintenance and Incident. • Coordinate vendors and contractors and maintain operational documentation • Enforce safety, compliance, and audit requirements • Collaborate with IT teams to support business-critical applications

• Lead and supervise O&M team for mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH, chillers) • Ensure 24/7 availability and SLA compliance across multi-tenant colocation environments • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal customer impact • Act as escalation point for incidents, alarms, and outages, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions • Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to site standards and safety requirements • Oversee change management activities, including MOP/EOP reviews, risk assessments, and maintenance windows • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, SOPs, and compliance records • Enforce safety, LOTO procedures, and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with operations, customer teams, and management to support client deployments and expansions

• Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems (single-phase and three-phase) for data centers, enterprise, and industrial customers • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer site. • Conduct battery installation, testing, replacement, and health assessments • Carry out load testing, calibration, and performance verification • Respond to breakdown calls, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and manufacturer standards • Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and customer documentation • Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to support system upgrades and AMC activities

• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, testing, and installation of transformers and LV/MV switchgear • Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and IEC/IS standards • Perform and supervise routine, type, and acceptance testing for transformers and switchgear • Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) with customers • Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and energization activities • Maintain test reports, quality records, and technical documentation • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory regulations • Coordinate with design, production, QA/QC, and site teams to meet project timelines
