I am a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 19 years of experience in maintenance and 13 years in mechanical engineering, design, and manufacturing. My career has progressed through various key roles, starting as a mechanical engineer, advancing to head of design and manufacturing, and ultimately becoming a factory manager, currently serving as the Factory Manager for Zirve International. Throughout these positions, I have honed my expertise in machine manufacturing, particularly in the design, maintenance, and optimization of food production lines. My extensive background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of engineering, enabling me to deliver innovative solutions and drive operational excellence.

I progressed from a mechanical engineer (2018) to a design department head (2019) and then to a factory manager (2021) in a factory that makes chocolate. I manage around 100 engineers, technicians, designers, and supervise the whole production chain from design to operation and maintenance. Our customers include famous chocolate factories such as Nestle, Torku, Alyan (Turkey), Dimah (Saudi Arabia), Chocolala (UAE), Ghandour and Foodplus (Lebanon), and others. My management increased the factory's production capacity by more than 50% by improving the work methods and procedures and following specialized and system-based plans to develop the production lines and systems. We also enhanced our capabilities to produce production lines that exceed 60 meters in length and include more than 35 units, and we opened production departments for bubble tea and buffed rice machines.
