Collaborate with the Audit Department to ensure cheque settlements are accurately verified and recorded. 3. Order Matching and Verification: Ensure that purchase orders match goods receipt notes (GRNs) in terms of quantities and values. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders, receipt notes, and supplier invoices. 4. Supplier Transaction Recording: Accurately record all supplier transactions in the accounting system. Maintain an organized filing system for supplier documents and records. 5. Supplier Tax Compliance: Verify suppliers' tax status and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Apply appropriate tax rates, such as VAT and withholding tax, on supplier transactions as required. 6. SAP System Management: Accurately record, verify, and update supplier financial data using the SAP system. Ensure that all supplier transactions are properly matched with SAP records, maintaining data integrity.
