Equipment Responsibilities: • Managing clients relationship, identifying opportunities for new contracts. • Analayze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth. •Analyze business performance, including the profitability, revenue and pricing. • Managing budgets, expenses and tariffis of all commercial agreement's related to our logistics activities. • Communicate and handle all customers requirements. • Arranging yard strategies and Following all operational duties. • Coordinating with our customers for all their requests. • Following with M&R team regarding machines and equipment maintenance. • Following with planning and operations teams. Operations Responsibilities: • Following our vessels services during their stay at Egyptian ports. • Coordinating all husbandry services at both Alexandria / Damietta ports. • Monitoring vessel’s arrival and departure Coordination services. • Arrange all marine services before and after vessel's call.

• Coordinating all shipments from W/H to Business Units. • Coordinating with all clients abroad. • Create/Arrange Air freight and Ocean freight Bookings from Dubai & Brussels/Antwerp. • Monitoring all Spare parts at our Ware house in Dubai. • Calculating Cargo dimensions to ensure safe transportation. • Handling Shipments Door-to-Door. • Preparing B/L and final invoices to branches abroad. • Monitor lead time & Transit time regarding delivery of shipments. • Create EDI files and ensure to be submitted to FFW and Shipping line as well. • Controlling Stock in our W/H. • Following all Pending cases and calculating Storage reports. • Coordinating with Freight forwarder to handle and facilitate all shipments. • Coordinating with shipping lines directly to apply JIT delivery. • Handling Business Units inquires. • Trace and following Flights / voyages for both A/F & S/F. • Arrange shipment schedules according to available flights and Vessels. • Have a constant communication with Power and Machine divisions • Have a direct communication with CAT Logistics teams • Together with the team and the IT support, develop a system for Prime Products operations • Lead, organize and manage the team in charge of operations for Prime Products • Make sure that our costs and lead times are under control and competitive, working with the best qualified local logistics suppliers. • Invoicing and creating Credit / Debit notes. • Handling Claims between Business units and CATERPILLAR. • Coordinating with trucking agencies. • Arranging Inspections procedures for export shipments.

• Updating vessel schedule. • Arrange initial Load Plan. • Coordinating with vessel’s crew. • Monitoring our equipment. • Preparing State of facts on system. • Creating bookings for other lines. • Arranging Empty plans. • Update Daily stock for Alexandria old port, Dekhilia, Port Said West & our Arkas depots. • Updating movements for " EGALY,EGEDK,EGPSW & our Arkas depot" • Managing damaged Containers. • Preparing final CBF for planners. • Preparing Storage • Finalizing B/L and Manifests for other parties’ bookings. • Update daily vessels positions. • Following up Ship’s operations in Ports • Reporting to Agency customers Ship’s operations • Communicating with Agency customers abroad • Coordinating with Agency branches in other Ports • Create EIR files into system. • Controlling EDI System. • Managing Integration control pages. • Monitoring vessels planning and operation progress • Co-operate with sales department to accommodate maximum allocation • Co-operate with other departments • Follow & Arrange berthing at all ports Alexandria – Dekheila – Damietta – Port Said • Arrange crew change / spare parts and supplying vessels with (bunker – fresh water – maps etc…) • Supervision any loading / discharge ( loose shipments ) to insure smooth operation • Reporting ( arrival / sailing report – load confirmation – actual loading / discharge units / cargos - TDR) • Co-operate with other lines to manage safe loading on our Vessels.
