Oversee a program of LTOM | PPP for two wastewater treatment plants with a capacity and value (collectively) exceeds 660,000 m3/day and 1.7bn SARs, respectively . Scope includes EPC and O&M activities running concurrently in a brown field. Primary stakeholders are NWC , SIO, NCEC, and the surrounding communities.

Projects: SARAYA AQABA PROJECT, JORDAN-634,000 square meters and SARAYA ISLAND, UAE-RAK -Responsible for creating an overall program for SARAYA AQABA and SARAYA ISLAND projects incorporating all trades Design, Construction, Legal, Marketing, and Finance Departments.
