Analyze production data (OEE, downtime, output rates) and generate performance reports for management review and process optimization. 5. Experienced in estimating material and machining costs for product manufacturing, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control. Skilled in creating equipment material requests (EMRs) to track factory requirements for products and equipment.

Review & Prepare Documents. Plan and implement production processes. Inspect the Pre-Fabrication Environment (Including pre-weld). Handling the department documents (Sending & receiving) Monitor the whole Fabrication Process.
