My mission is to oversee the production and manufacture process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards. I have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations management, and people management, as well as certifications in production management Kaizen Continuous Improvement Approach and Strategic Management and Decision Making. I have successfully applied lean methodology and single minute die change (SMED) techniques to reduce changeover time, increase output, and optimize processes for various injection molding (PET) and nonwoven production lines, such as Reicofil 3, Reicofil 4, Reicofil 4s, Reicofil 5+ and chemical treatment line. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction in the sector.

They must always be prepared to address any situation at any time. ⦁Responsible for the security of the facility at all times
