⦁Responsible for the safe operations of the personnel and equipment. (Personnel include all Production Operators working on production equipment) ⦁Responsible for the quality of the production. Aware of the status of the equipment and the fabric, making changes to process settings as required for meeting customer specifications. ⦁Maintain records in accordance with Company Policies and instructions. ⦁In a team environment, coach, supervise, lead, discipline, direct, audit and coordinate the activities of employees involved in the production of non-woven materials. ⦁On a daily basis, ensures appropriate numbers of trained operators are available to safely run equipment. They must be able to direct the activities of the people in their shift in an efficient, effective manner. ⦁Responsible for the development of Line Leaders and operators on their shift. ⦁Facilitate the training of their operators in coordination with the Process Engineer. ⦁The direct liaison between Plant Management and operators on the production floor. ⦁Coordinate for inter-department resources when necessary ⦁Participate as members of cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, maintenance Problems and quality problems, also. ⦁Implement programs and help develop operators to improve Performance, Productivity, and safety for plant operations. ⦁Support and enforce plant and corporate policies ⦁Aware of status of equipment and personnel at all times. They must always be prepared to address any situation at any time. ⦁Responsible for the security of the facility at all times

Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output  Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement  Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement  Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance  Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department  Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions  Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices  Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment  Implement and manage all maintenance functions

⦁Project Leader: From (May 2010-July 2010), leader of the project that assigned to achieve line balance and avoid bottle neck in the assembly line Daewoo motors, Egypt ⦁We have achieved reduction in the assembly stations by 25% ⦁We able to increase the Daily output by 5.6%
