Follow up the export invoices and send it to the factoring companies . Follow up the customers balances with factoring compaines as credit limits granted by the factoring companies. Follow up payment processes with factoring companies. Recording suppliers checks for each bank separately and each currency separetely( dollor & euro & Egp ) Send export orders on hand to all banks to guarantee credit facilities. Recording all journal entries according to our transaction and reconciliation our ledger with bank statement . Responsible for banking accounts of the company and deal with it ( reports & bank reconciliation ). Follow - up receipts abd obligations for accounts payable & receivable and make necessary reports. Preparing the application of the transfer to pay all dues to the suppliers and send the applications to bank and follow up implementation. Preparing bank drafts and follow up implrmentation in the bank.
