This included direct communication with the RSG Command Centre, overseeing MEP engineering drawing reviews, material submittals, and issue resolution for Phase 2.

I`m responsible for a whole site or, with larger schemes, you may be responsible for part of a project and report to a more senior manager, who may be taking care of several projects at the same time. Before work starts, I got things ready by taking on staff, and preparing the site, carefully planning the work to be done and installing temporary offices for site staff. While work is taking place, I`m monitoring progress, oversee delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise. I`m also keeping close contact with members of site team at all times, and liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners. I`m also ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements. I`m keeping the client updated regularly on progress. Finally, I act as the first point of contact for members of the public and sub-contractors

Project: CFC podium 1 Responsibilities: To ensure that the clients demands and objectives are met by getting the project completed on time and within budget. I’m responsible for the onsite management of a project. Coordinating with the Project Manager(s) on a regular basis. Dealing with contractual issues as they arise and addressing design and construction issues. As I do these tasks: *Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction. * Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades. * Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner). * Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading. * Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans. * Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation. * Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with the Owner. * Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff. * Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed. * Represent ACC;ATS in regard to the MEP process at weekly Owner and contractors meetings. * Supervise, develop and mentor project staff. * Lead and direct the 3-D coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations. * Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades. * Responsible for performing full construction management and contract coordinator duties in addition to furnishing the owner with information and recommendations on various issues.

Responsibilities  Manage utilities & Infrastructure maintenance and operations to ensure the highest productivity and operational efficiency.  Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.  Project management for capital investment on utilities area.  Development of Sop; URS, equipment and component specification, engineering design, FAT and SAT planning, initial start-up, commissioning and qualification of utility systems.  Deliver Energy saving programs/projects.  Developing maintenance plans and schedules (preventive & Corrective) for utilities equipment to ensure the best utilization in the factory.  Setting departmental objectives, manage KPIs dashboards and analyze periodically reports.  Ensuring that Global Guidance are integrated in LOC's documents.  Provide commissioning and leadership support for newly installed items of equipment ensuring satisfactory performance ahead of takeover by the Operations Team.

Projects: Porto new Cairo GlaxoSmithKline, Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. The New Head Office of Arrow Electronics in Banha, Arrow Electronics, INC. Responsibilities:  Complete and prepare comprehensive project document study (drawings, BOQ, Specs). Ensure proper project scope management. (Change orders or additional work).  Prepare work plan and schedule (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).  Prepare monthly cash flow forecast (Invoice in, Expenses out).  Follow up all needed resources information and action required to achieve work schedule  (Submittals, Approvals, URS, Purchase Orders, etc.).  Follow up project invoice. Ensure that all project actual cost (Material, labor, s/c, tools &general is allocated to proper cost code).  Use of time sheet for labor & material issuance for material. Approve manpower request.  Monitor and control activity cost against budget. Approve overtime.  Approve subcontractors’ requests.  Approve material request purchase orders (according to Boq,) Work with project team to close out (hand over) the project  Ensure services access provisions are provided in advance of commissioning of the respective  system/element of works.  Ensure to make the necessary tests with all variable conditions in testing Phase before delivering the project  Apply corporate EHS standards related to employee’s safety during construction/demolition processes to achieve zero reportable injury rate, with continuous supervision and control on contractors’ activities.  Manage Project Implementation, day to day activities, work permits and time plan.

Projects: Porto Cairo mall –NEW CAIRO CITY (Subcontractor DMC) Sadat City zone 32 Infrastructure. Responsibilities: Undertaking electrical power engineering responsibilities that include tendering studies, request for materials, preparing comparative and estimation reports, materials takeoff and subcontract quotes along with detailed cost analysis, material submittal, quantity survey, preparing invoices commissioning and testing all system  Monitoring the work progress. Preparing Weekly& monthly reports. Coordinate with technical office engineer for as built drawings and review. Coordinate with a technical office engineer for quantity survey and review. Preparing invoices for consultant. Invoices preparing and review for sub-contractor. Responsibilities:  Follow up with the technical office for Shop drawing, as built Drawing, provide a quantity survey, and the final invoice of the project understudy.  Manage and follow up the daily technical work as usual & coordination between the different parties of the project to overcome any obstacles in site & tendering studies, request for  materials, preparing comparative and estimation reports.
