- Providing full technical support across all WCD (Well Construction Drilling) product lines, including drill bits, BHE tools, drilling jars, downhole motors, turbines, and all downhole drilling tools. - Supporting all clients in Egypt, such as Khalda, Agiba, Shell, BP, Chevron, Petrobell, GUPCO, Marina, and others across Egypt’s drilling market. - Conducting detailed performance analysis for all drilling tools to improve efficiency, reduce drilling time, and enhance product reliability. - Delivering engineering recommendations for optimal tool selection based on geological formations, drilling objectives, and client performance requirements. - Introducing new drill bit and BHE tool designs into the Egypt market to improve ROP, reduce bit trips, and enhance overall drilling performance for multiple clients. - Leading the validation and field deployment of new designs, ensuring successful adaptation to Egypt specific formations and operational practices. - Enhancing client reputation and performance KPIs by demonstrating measurable improvements in drilling speed, tool life, and run economics. - Supporting real time and post well troubleshooting to address downhole performance issues, vibration problems, unexpected wear, and drilling dysfunctions. - Preparing technical reports, performance presentations, and run summaries for clients to support operational decisions and strategic planning. - Coordinating closely with field engineers, operations teams, and product line champions to ensure seamless service delivery and tool readiness. - Implementing lessons learned and corrective action plans to continuously refine product performance across multiple operators and formations. - Facilitating new product introductions (NPI) by working with global engineering teams and validating new technologies in field operations. - Leveraging data analytics and digital tools to identify trends, predict tool behavior, and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency.

- Manage technical operations for 80+ rigs in Saudi Aramco’s gas fields (UDHL & ABQQ), serving as the lead engineering consultant for all drilling solutions. - Lead post-run evaluations and bit performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform future runs. - Drive continuous bit design improvements by analyzing field performance and collaborating with design and R&D teams. - Provide technical guidance on bit selection, cutter technology, and hydraulics to improve drilling efficiency and durability. - Handle the deployment and field testing of NOV’s latest PDC cutter technologies (such as 5D & 4D) across Saudi Aramco gas operations. - Troubleshoot drilling issues in real-time and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance ROP and reduce bit wear. - Supervise quarterly drill bit inspections with the client to assess reuse eligibility and update operational deployment lists accordingly. - Redesigned Aramco’s bit specification sheets templates and developed a centralized tool that streamlined browsing, previewing, and downloading spec sheets, significantly improving team efficiency and accessibility across the department. - Developed a benchmarking tool to streamline drilling analysis that is used by the full department in bit proposals, roadmaps, and offset wells analysis. - Created a standardized roadmap process and template for the sales team, improving client-facing materials and daily workflow efficiency. - Involved in technical requests from the Saudi Aramco Drilling Technical Department (DTD) team, such as drill bit trial test proposals. - Deployed several new bit designs and technologies in the Gas account to enhance the drilling performance, reduce costs, and improve the bit dull durability.

- Managed technical operations for 150+ rigs across Aramco’s Unconventional, Exploration, Northern Area, Offshore, Workover, and Bahrain accounts, acting as the lead consultant for all drilling solutions. - Led the technical process for monthly bit ordering across all Saudi Arabia and Bahrain accounts. - Advised logistics and sales teams on bit selection to align inventory with operational needs. - Supervised quarterly bit inspections with clients to evaluate reuse potential and update deployment status. - Introduced new-generation bit technology in Jafurah in combination with SLB’s NeoSteer rotary steerable system. - Delivered drilling performance optimization and technical support to Aramco’s engineering teams. - Directed field trials and participated in bit design phases to evaluate next-gen PDC bits. - Served as the technical lead for the Aramco Drilling Technical Department (DTD) support unit. - Built a department-wide benchmarking tool for drilling analysis used in proposals, roadmaps, and offset reviews. - Created a centralized database to browse, preview, and download Aramco bit spec sheets, improving accessibility across teams.
