Answer calls and respond to e-mails. Handle customer inquiries providing them with the numbers that they need. Receive customer complaints & provide customers with product and service information. Add new customer information into system & update existing customer information. Process orders forms and applications identify and escalate priority issues.

*Handling phone calls and editing bills. *sending mails and invoices, following up with commercial customers and send making deals with them. *following up the store stock of batteries, tyres and tubes.

Handling all types of customer calls. Follow up customers' accounts putting in considerations their satisfaction. Data entry and making invoices including typing, printing and sending to store. Meeting agents from worldwide factories and companies and translate for them in many occasions. Supervising stock and warehouse and sending reports periodically for the administration. Following up with drivers and making sure that the have the exact orders loaded. Provide the owner with daily reports for sales and incoming goods.

Handling all types of sales face to face with the pharmacies customers. Follow up with all kinds of medicine they need and miss. Cover up my area and achieving my target. Initiate medicine orders for pharmacies and cover their needs.
