Mahmood Hazrati

I’m a civil engineering professional with around 5 years of experience in construction estimation and cost consulting. Most of my work has focused on heavy civil and major infrastructure projects, supporting both government and private sector clients. Over the years, I’ve built strong skills in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and bid management for a wide variety of projects, including residential homes, multi-unit buildings, schools, hospitals, and retirement homes. I enjoy combining accuracy with practicality to help teams make smart decisions based on solid numbers. I’m comfortable working with tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, Salesforce, Autodesk Takeoff, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. What I take pride in most is delivering reliable estimates and supporting projects from the bidding stage all the way to closeout. I’m always learning, improving, and finding better ways to bring value to every project I’m part of.
