Guide Exhibition Duties & Responsibilities: ❖ Greet all guests promptly at scheduled tour times ❖ Outline the tour and timeline before beginning ❖ Determine if any guests have physical restrictions that should be considered ❖ Clearly and articulately provide information to guests in an engaging manner ❖ Answer any questions that the guests have ❖ Point out location of lavatories and water fountains along the way ❖ Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our facility and related topics ❖ Remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic at all times ❖ Deescalate any tension with difficult guests ❖ Escort guests through the tour, taking breaks as needed ❖ Keep the tour moving on schedule while still being considerate to guests ❖ Know all safety and security protocols, should they be needed

❖ Handles customer requests for any discounts to ensure discounts given are within the authorized limits as per company policy. ❖Monitor and ensures adherence to the branch sales process and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction. ❖Monitor and reviews sales performance versus the set targets and provide support to the staff (i.e. assist them in closing difficult sales deals) in order to ensure its achievement. ❖Motivate the sales team to maintain high morale to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Evaluate performance of the staff and recommends appropriate action to the Sales Manager to improve performance ❖Keep myself abreast with product information, features, accessories, market/competitor information in order to provide the necessary information to customers and aid them in their buying decisions.

❖ Introducing products to the customers, guiding and educating them about products. ❖ Helping the customers for selecting designs and models for their projects. ❖ Preparing quotations, sales orders, material booking and arrangement through SAP ERP system. ❖ Proper coordination with factory and delivery people to ensure timely delivery of the materials. ❖ Posting of daily cash in cash journal and making of customer codes in SAP system. ❖ Attending customer calls and giving proper guidance to their quires and issues. ❖ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to analyze the sales performance

Promoted products and services, generated leads and initiated sales. ❖ Addressed customer inquiries and provided proper guidance to them. ❖ Maintained and update detailed sales reports. ❖ Proper service and follow up with the clients for further quarries

❖ Collecting the late loan and credit card payments ❖ Follow up the pending cases exceed 2 months ❖ Contacting customers through the contact numbers or a physical visit ❖ Scheduling daily issues and reviewing critical cases with the reporting manager ❖ Make sure they to follow the exact the work process, escalations matrix and ensure NOT to exceed the TAT (turn Around Time) of any given case ❖ Getting legal and authority approval for any physical visit ❖ Opening police cases and following up with C.I.D
