I work as part of the MEP and project delivery team, supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, including NEOM and Oxagon developments. My role focuses on managing the full MEP procurement cycle, ensuring materials and systems are technically compliant, commercially viable, and delivered in line with project schedules. I actively coordinate with design consultants, site engineers, project managers, suppliers, and quality teams to align procurement activities with approved designs and construction priorities. I prepare detailed procurement plans, review technical submittals, manage consultant approvals, and evaluate suppliers based on compliance, cost, and delivery timelines. I also contribute to value engineering initiatives, proposing alternatives that meet functional requirements while optimizing budgets. My involvement extends to critical systems such as HVAC, chilled water systems, fire protection, electrical distribution, generators, MCCs, BMS-integrated systems, RO systems, and specialized infrastructure utilities, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with international standards

As a Mechanical Site Engineer, I was responsible for executing and supervising MEP maintenance and construction works across residential, commercial, and rented facilities. I worked closely with site teams, technicians, suppliers, and clients to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. My role covered HVAC systems, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and general mechanical works, including system installation, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance (PPM). I ensured strict compliance with HSE requirements, prepared quotations, managed material procurement, and developed daily and long-term maintenance schedules. I also prepared technical reports, handover documents, and risk assessments for management and clients, contributing to operational continuity and client satisfaction. My hands-on site experience strengthened my ability to manage teams, solve technical issues, and deliver results under tight timelines

During my trainee period, I supported the mechanical and production teams in daily operations and maintenance activities within an industrial environment. I assisted senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues, supervising maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with approved operational and safety standards. I gained hands-on exposure to production line operations, monitoring performance, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity. This experience strengthened my technical foundation, professional discipline, and understanding of real-world engineering operations

The Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering program provided a solid foundation in core engineering principles such as thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, HVAC systems, and mechanical design. The curriculum emphasized analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the practical application of engineering concepts to real-world challenges. My graduation project focused on the design and analysis of a Solar Absorption Chiller, aiming to utilize solar thermal energy to produce cooling with reduced electrical consumption. The project included studying absorption refrigeration cycles, solar collectors, heat exchangers, system calculations, and performance evaluation. This experience strengthened my knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems, sustainable technologies, and mechanical system integration, and supported my professional development in MEP and mechanical engineering fields.
