Worked as a Health Equity Intern at the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control's (NCIPC)- Division of Injury Prevention (DIP) within the Health Equity Unit (HEU); my responsibilities included: - Assisting in conducting comprehensive literature reviews and scoping reviews with a focus on health equity and injury-related topics, such as suicide, older adult falls, motor vehicle crashes, drownings, and traumatic brain injury. - Collaborating on the development of impactful health equity-related guidance and tools to empower our Division and external partners in creating a safer world. - Providing valuable support to the Health Equity in Injury Prevention Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among dedicated professionals.

Center for the Health of Incarcerated Persons (CHIP) • Coordinated COVID-19 testing and data reporting projects across correctional facilities, tracking timelines, specimens, and results using REDCap and Smartsheet. • Analyzed specimen-level data and created performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI to support program decisions and resource planning. • Collaborated with faculty, providers, and public health officials to maintain project documentation, compliance, and deliverables.
