-Designed and Executed the Employee Onboarding Process from scratch. -Managed all the asset vendors and queries related to the same. -Maintained a detailed record of the company’s employees. -Handled the end to end recruitment process for both tech and non tech job roles. -Planned and executed the birthdays, anniversaries, parties at the office. -Ensured all the employees comply with the HR policies. -Created new HR policies and updated the existing ones. -Conducted exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation. -Managed workplace safety issues and complaints. -Worked closely with the Marketing team, for employee branding.

-Implementing the overall recruitment strategy for tech and non tech hiring by understanding the Job details, and requirements. -Looking after the onboarding process of new employees. -Preparing the Job Description and posting to appropriate job board like Linkedin, Naukri, Instahyre, etc -Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, etc -Screen candidate's resumes and job applications as per the skills, and competencies -Conduct walk-in/Online interviews -Keeping the pool of qualified candidates for future needs -Act as a point of contact and build a good rapport with candidates during the selection and hiring process. -Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices -Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity -Maintaining weekly recruiting reports in a timely manner
