Controlling Shift activities, breakdowns and preventive maintenance of Pot Controllers.  Accountable for Resource availability for Preventive Maintenance. Raising requirement based on Budget and following up  Monitoring and correction of null point.  Proper handover of pots for restart up to the Start up team.  Accountable for calibration of critical equipments.  IMS coordinator. Notable Attainments:  Involved in DC power reduction by lowering the dead pots voltages and online reduction of DC voltage of running pots.  Reestablishment of Potline 2 control room in the minimum possible time.
