I’ve always been a passionate entrepreneur, almost a serial one, constantly exploring creative ideas and building things from scratch. Lo Cal was one such venture: a fitness-focused food business that brought wellness and taste together in a whole new way. But Sawsee is something else. It has my heart and soul. I’ve spent over 1.5 years building it from the fabric up - quite literally - because I wanted to create athleisure that’s not just stylish, but ridiculously comfortable and better than anything out there. For Indian women, for our lifestyle, our weather, our rhythm. We’ve developed our own performance fabrics that move with you - whether it’s morning yoga, a gym session, all-day Zoom calls, lounging at home, or even a good night’s sleep. We call it Playwear — because we believe life is play, and your clothes should bring you joy. Sawsee is my happiest startup yet, and we’re just getting started.
