Executing the feasibility studies of complete system (From Manufacturing to characterization measurements) Responsible for making Projects scope documents & identifying the risk with mitigation plan. Responsible for benchmarking the competitor specification for new technologies fibers. Responsible for analyzing the performance of NPD & Process development projects outcome, exploring the results and identify the further process optimization. Handling the bulk data as a Data analyst with MS-excel sheet as well versed and Minitab Technical analysis tool. Key Responsibilities Maintaining daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly dashboards (MIS) and other documents and daily safety during operation. Adept in analyzing the repetitive problems and root cause identification and scrap elimination. Functional competency in process improvement, predictive analysis, and activity monitoring. Technical handling of optical fiber parameter of “Attenuation & Wave guide” along with R&D team. Maintaining databases for all machines for all quality parameters. Checking trend charts every day to know the trends & act accordingly. relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business. Key Result Areas Smooth Operation of core rod, Glass core preform manufacturing, maintaining all the process parameters- Pressure, flow, temperature, and trouble shooting. Entire process control and optimization for the operation and improvement of Glass yield as well as Optical yield. Trouble shooting of any process related issues and process improvement and Co-ordination with Maintenance department with proper planning to keep the plant smooth and to meet the monthly and annual Operation Plan and goals. Maintain the trends for the process parameter, performance of the machine. Maintain, following, Revisiting the machine hardware and health. Revising the standard operating procedures as for the process improvement and product scarp elimination

Experience in operation & troubleshooting of various machinery in Glass Core Rod, Glass preforms assembly and optical fiber Manufacturing Process, taking end-to-end responsibility of plant operation and Glass Optical process as a Lead. Process Engineering, Process Designing, Process control, Manufacturing engineering, Analytical skill, Continuous improvement, OEE calculation, Problem solving skill, FMEA, Hypothesis testing, SPC, Expertise in Optical fiber manufacturing process, Documentation skill.
