• Ensured high availability and reliability of mission-critical infrastructure by operating and maintaining chillers, VRF systems, CRAHs, DX units, FAHUs, FWUs, dehumidifiers, generators, UPS, and power systems in a data center environment. • Successfully led and executed Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) programs for HVAC and electrical systems, consistently meeting SLA, OEM, and safety compliance targets while reducing unplanned downtime. • Improved maintenance efficiency by prioritizing and managing work orders, coordinating teams to deliver PMs and CMs on schedule and ensuring uninterrupted data center operations. • Played a key role in incident management and operational resilience, conducting detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical, major, and minor incidents, and delivering actionable Incident Reports (IRs) and Change Requests (CRs) to prevent recurrence. • Strengthened audit readiness and operational transparency by maintaining accurate documentation for incidents, repairs, system changes, and asset lifecycle records. • Contributed to the successful testing, commissioning, verification, and snag-free handover of a new Data Center, including: Verifying performance and redundancy of HVAC, electrical, UPS, and generator systems against Microsoft commissioning standards Identifying, tracking, and driving closure of snags and non-conformities in collaboration with contractors and commissioning authorities Supporting operational readiness and acceptance, ensuring systems were production-ready and compliant with hyperscale requirements

1. Lead all DC infrastructure maintenance, commissioning, upgradation and construction activities. 2. Establishes and executes procedures, standards, and technical training related to HSE, IT, mechanical and electrical equipment operations and emergency maintenance. 3. Lead all of the systems preventive maintenance, and manage the utilization of equipment including Vertiv Data center chillers, Tape library, CRAC, blade servers, IRU, GPU servers, RDHX, UPS, CDU, access controls, LV panels and backup generators. 4. Conducting regular QA/QC for the IT infrastructure services. 5. Trouble shooting and conducting root cause analysis and establish any corrective actions for designs and asset failures. 6. Taking part in external and internal technical compliance auditing. 7.Providing hands on facility support for the installation of network cabling and new equipment, and its decommissioning. 8. Reviewing & processing all service desk requests submitted by clients, vendors, ISP provider such as PTA and PTW. 9. Developing and maintaining method of statements, standard operation procedures, emergency response procedures, HSE, KPI and SLA reports. 10.Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords. 11. Assist in managing data center cabling and infrastructure standards.
