With 19+ years of experience in the Transformers industry, I bring a unique blend of quality assurance leadership,design and development,technical marketing, quality systems, and customer-focused solution design across power and distribution transformer applications.In my current role as General Manager – Technical Marketing (across India) , I partner with customers, design teams, and business leaders to align technical requirements with commercial objectives — helping organizations achieve reliable performance, cost optimization, and long-term value.I led initiatives across Transformer Quality Assurance, Testing, Process Improvement, Vendor Development, and R&D collaboration, working on oil-filled, dry-type, inverter-duty, furnace-duty and special-application transformers. I also have hands-on expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 17025 internal auditing, lab systems, and Six Sigma Green Belt projects.
