M.H. AlShaya is a company with multi-divisions such as retail, trading, real state, and other divisions. M.H. AlShaya is the leading retail company in the clothing sector and cosmetics in the Middle East with over 100 retail stores and over 15 agencies. To name few of the agencies BHS, NEXT, Body shop, Debnhams, Estee lauder, clinique, and others. I was managing the warehouse for the retail Division with over 120 employees servicing over 35 shops in Kuwait only. My responsibilities are: o Assist in staff and budget planning as well as control agreed budgets and minimize overhead expenses. o Control stock movement from the warehouse to all the shops. o Liaise with the shipping department, Merchandise team, and IT dept on all inbound & outbound shipments. o Ensure all inventory policies are followed and enforced by each agency supervisor. o Manage annual stock take as well as emergency stock counts. o Control reports and internal documentations required by other departments (Finance, HR, etc.) and ensure that all internal company policies and procedure are followed. o Controlling all personnel related issues (attendance, overtime, vacations, etc.) and takes management decisions whenever required to solve incidental problems.

Heading team of 6 employees to handle the Egyptian Government Maritime transport company freight forwarding requirements Responsible o Handling all export & import procedures starting from contacting factories, freight negotiation, booking shipping on different marine lines, letter of credit presentation & negotiation, and logistics cost analysis. o Coordinating with all different parties to provide most efficient logistics solutions, hoping to provide services that are second to none. o Supervising and cooperating with colleagues to improve performance & reach our KPIs & exceed certain goals. \
