With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments across the UAE and India, I bring strong expertise in production planning, demand planning ,  strategic sourcing, logistics coordination, and inventory optimization.   In my current role as Supply Chain Lead at Kallegra Industries LLC, I am responsible for defining and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies, managing global sourcing—particularly with China-based suppliers—and driving cost optimization initiatives. I have successfully implemented supplier development programs, improved logistics efficiency, and established KPI-driven performance frameworks to support business growth.   Previously, as Head of Production Planning & Supply Chain at RAK Ceramics, I led demand-based production planning and SAP PP operations, significantly improving on-time delivery performance from 85% to 96%. I also reduced inventory holding by 15% and contributed to procurement cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation.   I am highly skilled in SAP PP, MRP execution, and data analytics using Power BI, enabling real-time decision-making and operational visibility. My ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chain networks allows me to deliver consistent and measurable results.
