• Lead system implementations and provide final sign off for any vendor related implementations • Conduct regular audits for accuracy, timeliness and continual process improvement • End to end processing and accepting of payroll • Processing and approval of Payroll funding, adhoc funding, stock funding • Design and implement payroll related upstream audits which includes Pay Rate, Paid Time Off, Vacations, Benefits etc. • Oversee several manual PTO, bonus, adjustment processes and ensure team has appropriate checks and balances in place to control for errors • Mentor direct reports in mapping their skills and building career plans to meet their goals • Design various controls and audits to avoid defects in payroll • Design payroll code and accounting cost center for the earnings and deductions • Prepare reconciliation reports of payroll system and stock • Perform quarterly SOX Reporting • Coach team in remaining results-driven and professional to mitigate conflict • Partner with HR and specialty roles (Leave, Benefits, Compensation) to ensure all stakeholders are included for key changes and projects

• Lead and Managed the entire HR Shared Services from New hire to Terminations including onboarding, HR Support Services (Customer Suppport), Case Management, Employee data management, Background Verifications, HR Garnishments, Payroll Processing • Ensure day to day operations are delivered as per timeline • Focus on cost optimization and negotiate with vendors • Managed and provided sign off on the testing related to open enrollment, Garnishment and taxation • Collaborate and provide information to the internal auditors, external auditors on payroll • Worked with Deloitte & Grant Thornton on SOX related information • Administration of Leave of Absence, Health & Welfare and Garnishments • Design various process flows& audits to ensure the SLA are achieved to the queries related to Benefits, Payroll, Leave of Absence • Preparing volume forecast to have better stands during peak season • Implementation of Policy changes related to HR Services includes Payroll, Benefits, Tax
