- Review & check tender documents recieved from clients - Prepare tender review & tender quarries and clarifications - Interpret & review projects documents; tender drawings & specifications - Prepare material quantities take off as per AFC drawings and identify any variation. - Perform estimation of labour cost, material cost, equipment cost and calculating overhead cost & profit. - Prepare technical & commercial proposal and submit to estimation manager for review and approval with attached BID document as per ITB - Coordinate with project management team for internal kick off meeting regarding the inclusion and exclusion of the scope - Identify any changes on tender drawings & AFC drawings - Evaluate quotation obtained from different supplier and subcontractors, ensure the quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications - Prepare and ensure material quantity take offs prior to purchase requisition for the project & report to project management if any irregularities - Work closely with project team to ensure measurements, variations and contractual are properly recorded and notify. - can work under pressure in time of emergency bid submission.
