•Interacting with line manager to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements • Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks (as required). • Posting job openings on different recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, and Indeed. • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process. • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary slips. • Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality. • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

• Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations. • Shortlisting candidates and interview scheduling. • Conducting initial screening of the candidates. • Maintain records and personnel files of the employees.

• Counselling the new admissions queries. • Helping out in filling the admission form. • Handling conducting the admission tests of new applicants. • Endorsement of forms and documents of new applicants. • Creating, maintaining and presenting the admission records to the Admission Manager.
