-Manage and oversee all government HR-related platforms and e-service portals, including Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Mudad, Ministry of Human Resources, and Tamm, to ensure compliance with labor regulations. -Draft and distribute official letters, circulars, and HR communications. -Implement HR government affairs policies and procedures, staying updated with any changes in labor laws and ensuring alignment with new governmental directives. -Maintain effective operation of the company's accounts across all relevant government platforms. -Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from the government compliance perspective.

-Prepare and issue job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. -Develop and maintain HR forms and templates such as job applications, evaluation forms, resignation and end-of-contract documents, and clearance procedures. -Ensure all offboarding procedures comply with company policies and local labor regulations. -Handle medical insurance additions, deletions, and renewals for employees. -Respond to employees’ inquiries related to HR policies and welfare matters. -Support in ensuring that all HR policies and practices comply with business needs and local statutory requirements.
