Key users mostly only need to verify the data prepared through mapping and conversion from data extracted from legacy SAP system. - Project goes live with 100% data accuracy.

- Take lead in designing and implementing Logistic QR Code Scanning Solution which involve integration between 3rd party system used for storing scan result in 3rd party warehouse and SAP system. Troubleshooting involve ABAP debugging, SQL database queries and working with Java developers. Also responsible in setting up IT infrastructure required for Logistic QR Scanning Solution in 5 warehouse. - Involve in EDI Sales Order processing between HTL and key customer in Australia (Harvey Norman, David Jones, Mayers) which involve functional designs of Custom ABAP program, data mapping, vendor screening and EDI portal selection. - Extract, manipulate and upload data from legacy system – responsible for developing LSMW (including Standard Batch/Direct Input/Recording/BAPI/IDOC) and custom ABAP upload program. - Identify key issue (legacy system is not Batch Managed but in SAP the stock is batch managed) and required china factory to product QR label with batch number 3 months earlier (avg stock turn around time), making use of the QR Scanning solution to perform stock count by scanning all stock into Excel sheet and perform mapping using formula and macro into format ready to upload to SAP. - Identify key issue in PO/SO migration (legacy system material is not configurable but in SAP material is configurable) by preparing a mapping table in excel to map all existing material in legacy system to respective material code and configuration in SAP. - Detail planning in data migration minimize user involvement in data populating. Key users only need to verify the data prepared through mapping and conversion from data extracted from legacy SAP system. - Project goes live with 99% data accuracy.

- Involvement in troubleshooting various issues related to EWM Idoc transporting which caused stock out of sync. ABAP debugging is performed independently and most issue are resolved without ABAPer involvement.

- Take lead in a team specially formed to resolve data integrity issues in Leather Purchasing Business Unit in HTL where a quick solution is needed to remove the gap to synchronize data between 3rd party system used to manage the business unit and SAP. Before the full solution which involve implementing proper interface is implemented, manage to resolve the issue by designing and implementing a simple solution using excel macro which massage/map data from 3rd party system into a format ready to be upload into SAP.

- Support for SAP Material Management and Warehouse Management Module - Prepare business blue print and ensure current business processes are effectively supported by ERP & supply chain tools in SAP - Analyze process gaps & establish best practice. - Ensure current business processes are effectively supported by ERP or supply chain tool - Extract, manipulate and upload data from multiple legacy source into SAP – responsible for developing LSMW (including Standard Batch/Direct Input/Recording/BAPI/IDOC) and custom ABAP upload program. - Minimize user involvement in data entry by making use of Excel Formula and Excel Macro. Key user will still need to perform random check and sign off on the data prepared before upload.

- Extract, Massage and Upload data from multiple legacy source to BI database. - Design and Prepare query for generating multilevel reports.
