I oversee strategic projects in the domain of digital transformation. I lead efforts aimed at operational excellence, using medium- and long-term strategies. My responsibilities include interacting with factories around the world and leading actions towards transformation and continuous improvement. In addition, I manage delivery metrics at the Latin American level, engaging cross-functional teams, and contribute to people development with critical expertise for the business.

As an Industrial Engineering leader, I oversaw a multifunctional team and was responsible for key operational KPIs such as productivity, Capex, Opex, and manufacturing capacity. My responsibilities included leading the PMO for productivity projects, which resulted in considerable operational cost savings and breakthroughs in digitalization and industrial automation. In addition, I led productivity seminars to promote idea generation and engagement with external partners such as suppliers, universities, and research institutions.

I managed continuous improvement projects primarily focused on lean manufacturing and automation. I provided support during the launch of new products in the production process, ensuring quality performance, productivity, and production line efficiency. Additionally, I developed suppliers for process solutions and oversaw the product customization area.

I ensured operational efficiency and quality. My responsibilities included conducting continuous improvement analyses, leading Kaizen initiatives, and performing quality analyses to address problems.

As a Floor Factory Operations Leader, I ensured process productivity by leading operators on the factory floor. I also configured assembly lines according to demand. My role involved motivating and ensuring well-being for operators, as well as maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Occupational Safety, and Human Resources.
