I’m passionate about empowering those ready to take the next step in their personal and professional growth. As the Founder & CEO of zant, I help coaches, consultants, and founders build thriving businesses while making a lasting impact. My journey began from a deeply personal place. After losing a close friend to suicide at 18, I struggled to find support in a fragmented system. One therapist changed my life by offering his session rates for just $10, fueling my mission to remove barriers to mental health and - eventually - coaching services. As zant grew, I found myself working with a coach who profoundly impacted my leadership, team management, and zant's expansion. You could say I’m “double biased”—I’ve experienced firsthand how the right support can transform lives and businesses. Today, zant exists to ensure founders have access to the guidance that can increase their success by 33%, while empowering coaches and consultants to build sustainable, scalable businesses. zant is an all-in-one management platform designed to help professionals streamline their practice, enhance client experiences, and scale their businesses. Whether you're an experienced coach looking to expand or just starting out, zant simplifies operations by handling scheduling, payments, client management, and more, so you can focus on what truly matters: helping others. In March 2024, I co-founded No Pressure Networking with the co-founder of 2fitbrands, creating a space for women entrepreneurs and investors to connect in a supportive, no-pressure environment. What started as a single event has grown into a thriving community of 2,200+ women, and we’re continuing to expand. Through this, zant has deepened its focus on coaching women leaders, making it a key priority for 2025. Along the way, I’ve also found myself coaching women founders on navigating early-stage fundraising (cold), building a team with $0 and interns, and embracing scrappiness in the startup world.
