Provide leadership in the oversight of the undergraduate academic programs including 6 baccalaureate degrees, 1 associate degree, and 3 certificates by: • Conducting feasibility studies for the development of new undergraduate curricular programs • Coordinating and convening advisory panels for the undergraduate academic programs • Developing new curriculum programs in collaboration with academic and industry leaders to meet the evolving needs of today’s employers. • Recruiting and screening potential faculty members and providing related training and faculty development opportunities Teach up to 4 accelerated, undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational and community leadership programs in the School for Adult Learning using face-to-face and synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms. Work with University Marketing to promote adult learning opportunities on campus through radio, print and social media opportunities. Oversee the accreditation and program evaluation processes as designed by the Council for Accelerated Programs and the AQIP (Higher Learning Commission).

Indiana Campus Compact (ICC) is a membership organization dedicated to the promotion of service-learning in higher education. Members include Indiana colleges and universities who commit their time and expertise to developing students as engaged civic participants. ICC facilitates this development by awarding sub-grants to students, faculty and staff who create projects, curriculum and programs that enhance both the pedagogical experience for each student and the community around us. Indiana Campus Compact also serves as a clearinghouse of information, trainings, technical assistance, and networking opportunities. We strive to bring our members the resources, contacts, training, and information that they need to fulfill their commitment to their students and the community. We advance the relationships between academic life, student life, and the community.

Supported faculty in the development of service learning courses; connect classroom and community based learning activities; worked with nonprofit organizations to develop campus/community partnerships; responsibilities also included grant writing and administration.
