-As China Sourcing Manager, Assuring that company’s brand promise is delivered through the supply chain in terms of overall quality and delivery performance, whilst leveraging company’s global and regional presence to achieve improved total cost of ownership for the company and its customers. -Identify and develop suitable Chinese suppliers to support company’s growth in a timely and cost effective manner. -Negotiate supplier pricing to support company’s target cost structure. -Manage supplier network capacity to support company’s supply aspirations. -Identify Sourcing Strategic for all Timken China BUs, regular review with plant Purchasing team to ensure the operations aligned with strategy.

-As Supply Chain Manager, Leads efforts which require the ability to work effectively with business leaders, leading collaboration and communications across multiple business functions, effectively to drive plant performance levels to hit business plan targets. Leads efforts to implement and monitor compliance for supply chain processes aligned with organizational objectives. -Committed & provide rolling monthly packed output, inventory value & turns, customer OTD, past due key plant performance data into finance business plan, control department expense budgets, forecast supplier tooling cost, air freight cost, material substitutions etc. to ensure plant material un-absorb (UA) within business budget. -To integrate with Global Order Fulfillment in implementing and maintaining its Sales and Operating Planning process, identify constraints, issues and actions. -Responsible for design SCM organization, develop talent and successor plan, focus on change management and associates’ development.
