Ensures programs are managed flawlessly for business under direct responsibility Ensures issues and problems identified by the team and vendors/factories are resolved proactively Communication and Negotiation Keeps all relevant parties aware/update on any market trends, regulation, trade development, vendor capabilities/capacity, price movement. Communicates effectively across SF and Shanghai cross functional teams, vendors/factories and the supply chains. Facilitates price negotiation with vendors/factories and the supply chains.

Business, market analysis & research to consolidate suppliers, monitor costing, retail price & in addition to control inventory level, in a win- win scenario to compromise & minimize liabilities and to save cost between suppliers and the company.

Be responsible for communicating with suppliers and US side on a daily basis; Source new vendors and factories on behalf of US buyer in Greater China; Work with US designer for developing new products; Negotiating price with supplier & costing to US side; Manage & evaluate vendor's capacity; Execute & Follow purchase orders for on-time delivery; Resolve product and production issues on behalf of buyers to meet customer's requirement; arrange work for my team Main products: Woven/knit including tops, bottoms, Jackets in casual fashioned wear; both washed & non-washed woven items,functional wear Brands:Sears/JC penny/Wal-mart / Dicks/ Duxbak / Red Cats/MMA etc.
