As Project Head, I lead the HR WorkTech conference series across key APAC markets. My mission is to architect high-level agendas that bridge the gap between human potential and technological innovation, ensuring organizations are ready for the "Future of Work." My background is rooted in the high-stakes world of financial technology, where I previously led the Digital Banking Asia series. Transitioning from the digital evolution of banking to the digital transformation of the workforce has allowed me to bring a unique, tech-forward perspective to the HR sector. I focus on how AI, automation, and data-driven strategies can be leveraged to drive genuine upskilling and organizational resilience. What I do: Project Ownership: I lead the entire lifecycle—from visionary content strategy and C-suite speaker acquisition to flawless execution and post-event analysis. Strategic Synergy: I facilitate high-level dialogues between HR leaders, tech innovators, and regulators to create a roadmap for workforce evolution. Experience Design: I am committed to delivering world-class delegate experiences that offer tangible commercial impact and strategic value.
