Facilitated visits with Admission Possible (now College Possible) representatives, organized college visits, designed and implemented weekly literacy circles, group discussions and academic challenges for 18 students ages 12-19, established working relationships with multicultural ESL families and students.

Opened and prepared confidential immigration case files for individuals applying for citizenship status and work visas in the US, prepared petition letters for case managers and attorneys, audited government documents and storage records, entered and processed company invoices, collected on overdue payments from clients, managed office supplies, uploaded staff-wide computer software.
