Led blended content design and development projects for global Intel employees. Designed the Power Skills, Disciplined Execution learning suite, Careers at Intel and new hire integration learning program materials. Program managed the teams with Instructional Designers, Creative Designer and User Experience Designer. Training reach per year is for 100K employees and 200000++ training occurrences.

Program managed $2M global IT Training Central Budget allocation and distribution process. Managed, vetted and selected external vendor providers and curriculum to get highest Return of Investment. Employees adoption on the technical training on their job increased by 10X.

Led centralized recruiting and hiring for global IT department at Intel. Worked with General Managers for multiple IT segments to define, implement and govern IT job postings within budget, job codes, location and strategic workforce talent management criteria. Reduced the ask for new headcount by 20% through the governing process. Gate keeper for the Requisition Approval Tool. Collaborated with hiring managers to understand talent needs and represented them in hiring events such as walk-in interviews, university engagements and college rotation program hires.

Promoted to set up and lead an Asia team of User Experience Designers who designed and developed new User Interfaces for newly developed IT applications. Led the transition of employees’ job skills from Instructional Designers to User Experience Designers. Reduced the need for IT training by 25% with the enhanced User Experience which eliminated the time needed to train and learn a tool. Communication lead for IT Malaysia. IT Malaysia hiring champion to represent 60 hiring managers for pool hiring.

Promoted to lead an Asia team of 10 Instructional Designers who worked on end user training content for 100K Intel employees. Projects in Supply Chain (Logistics, Procurement, SAP, Order to Cash), Hire to Retire, Productivity and Collaboration, Mobile Devices and Finance. Designed and developed end user training content for the IT End User Training Team for tools SAP, ISET, ISM, WIINGS & Speed using ADDIE methodology. Collaborated with stakeholders on Training Needs Assessment before planning, design, implementation and evaluation.

Coached MMU academicians from various faculties to translate course objectives into instructional modules which are used in the Multimedia Learning System (MMLS). Managed a team of 20 graphic artists and multimedia developers. Managed external content development and software applications projects. Internal communication lead.
