Responsibility Duties: •Oversee all related planning and close-out activities associated with individual service activities, including: scheduling of related tasks, assessment of priorities, assembly of parts, forecast of work loading, review of procedures, etc. by using (CMMS) computerized maintenance and martial management program. •Provide leadership, support and mentoring to all maintenance personnel, particularly Senior engineers. •Performing RCA for all bad actors at the plant, and following up the result with the assigned team. •Performing a mechanical consulting for the mechanical team specially for all rotating equipment including but not limited “ centrifugal/ reciprocating pumps and compressors, Dry gas seals, and mechanical seals failures” •Following up the material consuming and their levels in warehouse, and advising each department to readjust their mini-max stock. •Raise required material stock proposals if required.

Responsibility Duties: • Hand on maintenance for reciprocating compressors (Ariel & Cameron Superior Compressors) • Maintaining, replacing and overhauling for multistage centrifugal pumps (Sundyne, M.W.Smith, Dean Pump, schlumberger REDA, Peepless pump, Texteam, MET-PRO, Flowserve, & Patterson pumps) • Assigned for all complicated heat exchanger removal, lifting, & cleaning. • Supervise implementation of preventive, corrective maintenance & modification works. • Permit to work applicant, preparing the maintenance activities in accordance to company rules. • Providing and update PMR procedures for all equipment according to the manufactures manuals & company safety regulations. • Provide technical support to all junior mechanical engineers and mechanical technicians, day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure analysis. • Preparing the Job safety assessment (JSA) for all mechanical department activities and attend the daily JSA / PTW meeting. • Preparation of monthly activity reports, technical reports & failure analysis reports, highlight reasons for equipment failures and raise/ review recommendations to rectify such malfunctions. • Reviewing and studying mechanical department KPIs to ensure the compliance with execution of maintenance tasks • Preparing future plans and participates in the readiness sheets for all equipment. • Provide management of change (MOC) for rotating and static equipment to improve their operation and performance. • Following up the material and their stock levels in warehouse, technical evaluation for offers from suppliers and receive materials in warehouse, raise required material stock proposals.

Role & responsibilities: • Permit to work (PTW) applicant, preparing the maintenance activates in accordance to company rules. • Providing PMR procedures for any new equipment according to the manufactures manuals & company safety regulations and updating the existing PMRs. • Supervise implementation of preventive, corrective and modification. • Preparation of monthly activity reports, technical reports & failure analysis reports, highlight reasons for equipment failures and raise/ review recommendations to rectify such malfunctions. • Leading the mechanical technicians & their supervisor. • Review and advice on stock levels for spares based on equipment history. • Super user in SAP program. • Provide technical support to all junior mechanical engineers and mechanical technician, day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure analysis. • Preparing the task risk assessment (TRA) for all mechanical department activities and attend the daily TRA / PTW meeting. • Preparing future plans up to yearly and participates in the readiness sheets for each equipment. • Reviewing and studying mechanical department KPIs to ensure the compliance with execution of maintenance tasks • Provide field change proposals (FCP) for rotating and static equipment to improve their operation and performance. • Following up the material and their stock levels in warehouse, technical evaluation for offers from suppliers and receive materials in warehouse, raise required material stock proposals.

• Carrying out, supervision and executing the preventive, corrective and predicative maintenance of rotating and static equipment, technically complete work orders and ensure correct through SAP program. • Plan, organize and control planned preventive and unscheduled maintenance of all rotating (pumps, gas compressors, turbines and coolers) and static equipment (heat exchanger, valves and tanks) in a safe, timely and efficient manner. • Maintaining, replacing and overhauling for multistage centrifugal pumps (SULZER, RUHRPUMPEN, GOULDS) • Maintaining, replacing and overhauling for multistage centrifugal compressors and gearboxes (SIEMENS, MANTURBO, VORECON RWE 13 F7, BHS) • Replacing & overhauling manual valves (ball, gate and globe type) for international brands as Petrol valves, Cameron, Valvitalia, Bonney forge, inline & John mills. • Replacing & Overhauling safety relief valves (conventional, bellow, pilot types) for international brands as Emerson (Pentir, Crosby & Tyco) • Replacing & Overhauling Mechanical seals (JOHN CRANE/ FlOWSERVE/ EAGLEBURGMANN). • Carry out major overhaul for Gas Turbines (Thomassen/GE frame 5 gas turbines 20Mw). • Carrying out shaft to shaft alignment by using Dial gauges (reverse and face /rim methods) , and also by laser alignment devices (SKF, PRUFTECHNIK) • Carry out required punch list for all new equipment and new wellheads in preparation for commissioning. • Dismantling & reinstatement of piping work up to class 2500, as well as physical or mechanical isolation for vessels & tanks using different tools & equipment (Hydraulic Bolt tensioning ”Hydra-tight”, Flange splitters, Nut cutters, etc.)
