We need to be aware of the social realities of our planet to collectively develop inclusive, respectful and sustainable ways of interacting with our environment and with one another. I work in the field of civic education and social entrepreneurship education and I'm dedicated to the quest of finding out how we can collectively bring about innovative and resilient societies. In my work, I explored the causes of radicalisation, engaged in policy-consultancy and cooperated with diverse organisations in the field of prevention practice. I approached global governance challenges with design thinking methods and attended transformative leadership trainings during the Managing Global Governance Academy. I recently started working for the German Children and Youth Foundation with a focus on entrepreneurship education and youth participation. Overall, I enjoy to engage critically with the world around me to inspire new ways of thinking and new alliances.

The Managing Global Governance (MGG) Academy brings together young professionals from Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, South Africa, Germany and Europe. During the 4 month training course, the participants from government and private sector, think tanks and NGOs discuss pressing global challenges, explore options for global governance and design solutions for the future. The course blends knowledge components on global governance with the development of leadership competencies. The acquired knowledge and skills are then applied to develop a collective change project. Since diversity is one of the key assets of the programme, ample space is given for learning from each others’ experiences and perspectives.
